What a beautiful place, clean and tranquil. Lots of birds, a friendly cat and fantastic breakfasts. Arya and family made us so welcome and helped with places to visit and transport. 5 min taxi to the beach or a nice leisurely 30 min walk to Cherai beach and 15 min to Munambam beach.

The home was newly built and had all the amenities including inverter, wifi, geyser for a comfortable stay. The host had been extremely helpful in providing suggestions, helpful tips and things to do right from the beginning. If you are in the area, I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this new property the A-frame villa and riverfront room. newly built, clean, and very well thoughtful design. Leo, the host and owner, make sure guests are comfortable throughout..... We visited during summer, and the place felt amazing — I don’t want to explain too much, because the best part is to experience it directly. One thing - river bath experience For those who are curious, just go and explore the farm property. It’s worth it.
