We had a wonderful stay here - comfortable, clean and spacious accommodation. Excellent breakfast, and all other meals we had were fantastic too! The people working at Poinciana resort are so welcoming and friendly. Everyone here is ready to do whatever it takes to make you feel welcomed and comfortable! The location is amazing - right on the beach, with great snorkeling right in front of the resort. The setting is very peaceful and tranquil, with beautifully maintained gardens, a true paradise!

Great location for waterfalls in the North. The staff on property was very helpful and gave me the contact of a bike driver who rode me around to the waterfalls per my chosen itinerary. The restaurant on the property was really nice and had good food. The breakfast was amazing. Room was cozy too, they have hot water for shower.
