La Casita Naranja is one of my favorite places to stay. The volunteers are friendly and keep a great vibe going—relaxed, social, and respectful. The hostel attracts kind, easygoing travelers, and it’s easy to feel at home here. There are plenty of bathrooms, which are cleaned regularly, and small touches like occasional baked goods for sale at reasonable prices add to the charm. The location is ideal: a short walk to the town center, but far enough to avoid the noise that comes with it. This was perfect for me, though travelers wanting to be right in the middle of the action might prefer something closer. All necessary services—supermarket, laundry, pharmacy—are within easy walking distance, and the hostel offers discounts at many of them, so don’t hesitate to ask before running errands. I’ve returned several times this summer and always look forward to coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for budget-friendly shared living in a peaceful, well-connected area.

First of all, Silvina is amazing, and so is her family. Very welcoming, helpful, friendly and accomodating. The room was fabulous, private bathroom great and very clean. The garden was my place to sit and work when I was not in town, plus I loved the dog, Moreno, who hung out with me a lot, :-)
