Hosts were great - very welcoming and helpful. Grocery shop on site and close to some great restaurants (ask the hosts for recommendations). Nice place to drop off your bags, take a shower and have a good night sleep in-between exploring the mountain trails nearby.

Amazing location. So beautiful. The garden is also stunning. The outdoor kitchen is very cosy. The houses are wonderful. Great bathroom, soap, Shampoo and towels are provided. The TV channel list is diverse with channels in many languages. The rooms are extremely clean too. And the owner / manager is super nice and helpful! It's one of the best places I've ever been thanks to all those things combined: simplicity, great services and great location.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at the Gate House! The rooms and the appartment feel very premium, there is even a washing machine, coffee machine and board games! Everything is super clean, cozy and modern, and the overall feeling it leaves is of home. Even if we stayed just for 1 night, we do recommend it for families or people looking to experience the calmness of the Balkan and Teteven!

Location, facility, parking. We loved the covered mineral water pool right next to shared kitchen. Big balcony with a lot of furniture to relax. Vili, the host, is super helpful and responsive. Breakfast is delicious. It is close to a lot of nice trails for daily hikes,as well as Beklemeto, Troyan monastery.
