Very helpful and friendly staff. They did everything in there power to make my stay exceptional. Location is awesome. About 10 minutes walk to the centre. But far enough to not be disturbed during the night.

Our stay at Candelaria House was our first introduction to Colombia and what a great place to stay. The location in the Candelaria area was perfect as it was off the main roads so quiet. Jairo was a fantastic host with suggestions and serving fresh and varied breakfasts daily. We highly recommend Candelaria House, especially the top floor room with a small balcony.

I had a wonderful stay at Sereno Hostels in Bogotá. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The hostel has a unique vintage charm that gives it a very interesting and welcoming atmosphere, making it feel different from the typical hostel experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and local food spots nearby, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the city. Everything was very clean and well maintained throughout my stay, which I greatly appreciated. One thing that really stood out was the size of the beds they are noticeably larger and more comfortable than what you usually find in hostels. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would recommend Sereno Hostels to anyone visiting Bogotá without hesitation.
