Andrew and the ladies are warm and friendly. Always making sure you are taken care of and helpful with getting around the town. Breakfast was beyond expectations. I hope to be back next Christmas if not sooner, the location is five minute walk from family.

As always, Sean is great! Super lovely, super clean, the house is well kept! Transportation options are plentiful~ this was my 3rd time staying with him, and I already booked the next~ It's home away from home with him, better than a luxury hotel in my opinion. The back yard is fantastic as well, and the people in the area are quite charming too

It was a wonderful stay, really enjoyed it. The bed were very comfortable and the bathroom super clean and modern same for the kitchen. Easy access to the rest of middlebrough even just by walking and Mr Raymond was very attentive to his guest. 10/10 stay really just amazing 👏
