Excellent accommodations, Angelos the host was always helpful with any needs or concerns. The Buget Twin Room was modest, very trypical of budget, but the beds were super comfortable. Room was clean. Would stay again but for the small upcharge the Junior Suite is the way to go.

Kosta is a great host and very polite. We got two glasses of wine with the grapes the night when we arrived. You can ask him everything he is willing to help. Apartment is clean, it looks same as it was on the photos. You need one minute to the beach and maybe 5 minutes to the Centre. Bakery is 2 minutes walk. Great location. We will definitely come back. The room is close to the beach and the bus stop, which was very convenient. The owner is very kind and gives great tips about what to do on the island. She also offers airport pick-up and drop-off, which is very helpful. The room is okay, with a fridge available, and there is a supermarket nearby. Overall, a good place to stay.

I had an amazing stay at Villa Agas. Visiting off-season was a great choice — the price was excellent and the value for money unbeatable. The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. Everything felt fresh, well-designed, and perfectly maintained. The location is also a big plus, right in the center of the island, making it easy to explore every part of Santorini. There’s also a fantastic bakery right next door — absolutely worth stopping by in the morning for a coffee, sandwich, or a fresh croissant. Overall, I highly recommend Villa Agas. A perfect stay from start to finish! 💙

We’ve traveled extensively through Greece and stayed at many hotels across the ratings and price range; this hotel was one of our best experiences. Family run, very attentive and mindful. Breakfasts served in the room were fantastic. The facilities were solid, especially the pool where our kids loved spending time at. The staff was also very helpful in helping coordinate our excursions. Fantastic experience!
