Quiet residential location. Amazing host. Beautiful breakfast and terrace. Well equipped bedroom.

the owner of the hotel was so helpful and sent over loads of local restaurants and things to do before we arrived. the hotel room was just as the photos show, it was very clean and comfortable. the location is also really good as the beach is directly opposite and there is lots of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. would highly recommend!

The room is in very good condition, spacious, and clean. Conveniently located for walking to the Old Town or the beach, there's parking in the same building for an additional fee, and if there's no parking, public parking is available 100 meters away. A good breakfast option is available at the Koteks restaurant on the ground floor, not included in the rate. Great value for money. Finally, we would like to highlight the excellent communication, instructions, and advice that Toni and Antonio gave us. Thank you very much!

Everything specially hospitality from owner and location

The host is very polite and gave lots of suggestions. The facility was nice and clean, and the AC was on, so we came in a chill room, which was welcome as we drove while there was a heat wave in Croatia. The room was cleaned every two days

Super close to the center, clean and organized. 10/10 would go again next time in split. Moreover, Valerie was super helpful from check in till check out (even helping me extend my stay). Additionally, there were all the items i needed for bathroom which was iconic, didnt have to get anything seperately which saved me alot of time, effort and savings to a certain point

Royal Luxury Room is just as gorgeously pictured in the listing as it is in real life. It’s beautiful, welcoming, clean, modern, well-appointed and centrally located in Split. It was a peaceful respite with strong AC after a full hot day of adventures. The host was exceptionally gracious, answering questions before and during our stay. He provided tips for where to watch the Croatia-England match and even provided beach towels upon request. We hope to come back and also send our friends & family there!

As a solo traveler, the attic room met all my needs. The location is excellent. As soon as you step outside of the accommodation, you are in the center of it all. Having a beverage cooler and air conditioner waiting in the room was exactly what was needed after a hot day of sightseeing. While the streets of Split are bustling late into the night, you could not hear it at all once the windows were closed. Best of all, if you peaked out of the window, you could see the iconic bell tower.

The location was absolutely the best! Right across the main square. The balcony looked out to the Bell Tower, the Cathedral and Diocletian's Apartment/ Vestibule. Appreciate the tea/ coffee stand in the lobby, and just downstairs is a fusion restaurant, Fig, yummy food, and open early! And less than min walk from Bobis( a bakery open early)

Clean and the staff was great!

Probably the best room you can book in Split. The location is perfect, right next to Diocletian's Palace, with bus stations and beach just a few minutes away. The host was very kind and attentive. I had an unexpected problem upon arrival; I got lost and yet he waited for me and even made a video call so I could arrive and feel safe. The room has everything you could possibly need, it’s clean nice. A wonderful experience.

Really nice clean room with a fridge and a kettle. There are some cups, and glasses, and plates - all very convenient for a breakfast or a snack. The location is perfect: right in the center of the old town with all attractions and restaurants nearby. But within walkable distance (15 mins) to the bus station, where you can take a bus to the airport. Very friendly and helpful owner. We had a great stay!

It was beautiful and bright , lovely deck and washing machine for clothes. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Very nice shower!!! Extra blankets if you were cold! The hostess was helpful and always got back to us very quickly if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this place to stay.
