The location. Frangky, his wife and Eda made the stay comfortable. The food was excellent (I really miss the fish) and everyone was very kind. There is usually chicken or fish but you can request vegetarian/vegan options. The beds were comfortable and the mosquito nets worked well (though I didn't notice many mosquitos). The location is excellent as snorkeling by the nearby beaches is great. You can see turtles basically every time you go. The nights are quiet and you can sleep with just a fan. If you need AC that is available as well. Frangky also offers trips and the dolphin trip was a good choice.

Everything was amazing and our experience was above our expectations The room is located right at the beach which makes it perfect for morning swim The host is super friendly and they provide wonderful breakfast and support if needed.

If you are coming here for snorkeling, Pangalisan beach and the area in front of Bunaken cafe n resto is the best and easiest shore-entry snorkel I have found. It's a 15 minute walk. The area directly in front of the homestay is not well-suited for snorkeling due to boat traffic and currents. It's so good that I'm coming back again.

Naca the host is so sweet and welcoming. There is just one room, but it is much nicer than the rooms my friends rented next door which was twice the price. If you want a cozy beautiful place to stay, and can get your meals and activities on your own, this is the best place

the room is super clean, the staff is super nice, the facilities also super great and nice. the room is not that big but its super comfortable and really quiet. the place is also in the middle in the city so we can go everywhere super easy.

We spent three unforgettable days at this little island paradise. Even during the monsoon season the weather was kind to us, allowing us to explore what may be one of the most spectacular marine parks in the world. The resort’s location is simply perfect — vibrant coral reefs begin just a short swim from the beach. Put on your snorkel and within minutes you may find yourself swimming alongside green sea turtles and countless tropical fish. The resort has a wonderfully intimate feel, and true to its name it may well be the best place on the island to watch the sunrise. An almost spiritual experience. What makes this place exceptional, however, is the people. Ernie and her team — especially Novi — embody Indonesian hospitality at its very best: warm, attentive, and always ready to help. They even arranged our transport from Manado Airport and later onward to Tomohon, making our travels effortless. During our stay we also had the chance to explore the nearby village and witness the simple rhythm of island life — fishermen heading out to sea, children playing soccer, neighbors gathering on their porches for evening prayers. A simple life, yet a deeply content one. Leaving was not easy. We truly left a piece of our hearts here — and we hope to return one day. Thank you Ernie, thank you Novi, for everything.

I really enjoyed my stay at Juni Residence. The room is very nice and the bed comfortable. There is also a closet, fridge, desk and two chairs in the room. The internet is fast and reliable, so I was able to teach my online English classes here. The staff, a mother and daughter team, were super friendly, providing breakfast every day and a fried snack in the afternoon. They even offered to do laundry for me and stored a backpack while I was exploring another part of Sulawesi. There is also a piano in the house, which I was able to play. I am very happy I chose to stay here and highly recommend it!
