Accommodations in the Cork City area are expensive, and Foxglove is very reasonably priced. The accommodation is part of the owner's single-level house, with a separate entrance at the back. The shower was very nice. The owner provided continental breakfast-type food for us (we just used the milk for tea). The listing on Booking.com states that the kitchen is shared, which is false.

This house is absolutely gorgeous, and the host is so incredibly nice! Breakfast each morning was also great and way way exceeded our expectations. We stayed here during a winter storm a couple of weeks ago and it was honestly the perfect place to sip tea, lay in bed reading, and wait it out. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway:)
