Great location for some peace and quiet. The hosts were amazing and hospitable. They have their own drivers, who'll take you wherever you want. Another great thing about the place is the food. Most of what they fed us was homegrown. There is no room heater but all the beds are equipped with electric blankets. We were fortunate to go there on a great time of the year when there is no snow or rain. The whole time weather was sunny during day time. They have a small but wonderful garden. You can treat yourself with great garden view first thing in the morning. Another neat little detail that I have to add is that you can get a clear view of the Kanchenjunga from the garden if the weather is clear.

Excellent stay away from the crowded city center. Loved the rooms, very spacious and clean along with amazing balcony views.

We were able to try Tibetan butter milk tea and Tibetan pancakes which we had never tried before. The lady was very nice, and she gave us a packed breakfast because we were leaving early on our last day

It was a really good homestay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The morning views include the side part of the kanchanjanga which can be viewed from the right side of the balcony . It had good water supply.

This homestay is right before the Sinchel forest gate, leading to Tiger hill. It was the last property on that road. The stay was really nice. The room was small but well-decorated and clean. It could be called a perfect homestay. We saw two porcupines walking by the road in the evening. In the morning, we loved the amazing view of Kanchenjunga and other mountains, valleys, and nearby villages from the roof. The food was excellent. The owner and others were very nice. They really took care of us, especially my child was so happy talking to them.
