Location is good for driving traveler. Free parking lot is a plus point.

Excellent guesthouse: comfortable, spacious, courteous, good value.

Traditional old house and very friendly hosts. I highly recommend a stay at their place.

location was perfect. just less than 5 min walk to DDDK. And location was centralised to many sights and F&B options. for the price point, this hotel is perfect for my large family.

No breakfast, location pretty quiet, nice lounge and fridge.

The place was perfect for our needs: an easy walk to the train station, convenient access to restaurants, a short walk to a grocery store, enough room for the two of us for a short visit, great communication, easy check-in (click on the check-in link and follow the instructions), clean, cooking supplies were basic but present (tea, coffee, seasonings, oil all provided), and a washing machine. We would definitely stay again.

The hosts were very kind, the room was private and very clean. Great location, walkable to all of the hot spring attractions and great restaurants

The location is amazing. It's convenient, close to public transport and also close to many sightseeing areas. You also get a great view of Beppu from the area around the hostel. The interior of the hostel is fantastic, you could spend hours looking at all the decorations and talking about your favorite shows. Tosi was also an incredible host who went above and beyond to make my stay as special as possible.

Great location about seven minutes from Beppu Station. Also hostess is very sweet. AC worked. And facilities were clean. There’s also a washing machine tho I didn’t use it since it was my first day of traveling. Very large apt which was more than I needed. But price was excellent.
