The property was very nice and warm welcome with information details, stuff very helpful, nice room and very comfy. Absolutely beautiful place.

I honestly do recommend it if you like some rural vibe. It is basic - nothing fancy - but we enjoyed it very much and would be staying there next time.

This property was clean and within walking distance to restaurants. The rooms are cleaned and well kept with friendly staff. Would stay there again!

Almost get ripped off but the owner of the hotel has saved our lives. He’s very helpful and informative. If you’re looking for the hotel where can make you feel like home and safe. I’d recommend this. The room is very clean, good vibe, and pretty large for this price. The location is great. You’ll be in the middle of everything you’re looking for and moreover, with affordable price. I’d definitely come back again.

the host family was very kind, generous & helpful. the accommodations absolutely perfect. my room was so clean & spacious. the bed very comfortable with nice sheets & good pillows. there was a small kitchenette with everything needed for cooking. the beautiful, large bathroom complete with soaps, toothbrushes & other amenities was wonderful, as was the hot water & excellent water pressure. the place felt brand new, bright & fresh, very clean & comfortable. i highly recommend the kitya homestay & the wonderful host family

The price is cheap. Room is basic. It is close to the center.

The rooftop pool is exceptional. I spent a lot of time there. The rooms are clean and bright. Some of the staff speak English very well. I actually extended my stay twice.

They are super helpful and an amazing communication!! We asked couple of times to have an earlier breakfast due to our tours and they were super happy to make us some take away !!

Nice residence for my trip in Siem Reap. I first booked only one night, but after staying, I decided to extend my booking to five nights because I felt very comfortable. The bed is good for sleeping, and the area is great for walking around. Local shops, local food, the National Museum, and supermarkets are all about a 10-minute walk away. The Wi-Fi is strong and reliable, which made it easy for me to work online. I am happy to recommend this place.

Friendly Staff, Good location, Owner was nice enough to set out insect repellent to keep bugs away from hostel. They also sell water which is very nice. Good AC.
