All equipments easy available refrigerator , microwave , electric stovetop, ceramic kettle , washing machine, kitchen equipments , but no TV in apartment, but we are fine without TV, grill area outdoor and playground for kids , main corridor area provides like a lobby or reading room, books and games available during staying. I love cozy vintage style!

We were met by a lovely lady who showed us around and even recommended a restaurant that's nearby. The sea shore is under 1km away and a bigger grocery store is 1.5km away. There's a shared kitchen with separate refrigerators, a proper stove, utensils and pots and pans. There actually was a big family who stayed there and they were able to cook for everyone. So the kitchen is just as good as the one at home. :)
