Morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the river, Good-natured staff, amazing hand-carved wooden furniture throughout created an old world vibe. Quiet, even during Chinese new year.

Clean and lovely ! The owner is very friendly and helpful, they also have a small kitchen on the first floor and washing machine so your stay will be very comfortable ^^

Staff is very flexible and communication is smooth, this is a legit guest house and is very good value, initial single person room have some toilet issue Staff gave me a free upgrade to a larger room which is much appreciated.

The room was clean, very comfortable, and Mr Zack was very helpful and amazing. He went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. He allowed me to check in early at like 10:30am. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Kuching.

It is located in a quiet local village just across the Sarawak river, I felt like home, Zack the host was so friendly and helpful, and so lucky that I ate a lot durian picked from Zack’s friends farm, what an amazing experience! I will come again and explore more nature in Kuching someday~ highly recommended

Perfect location. Super close to delicious restaurants and bars on Jalan Abell as well as the free bus to Semonggeh. 15-20 minute walk to the Kuching waterfront. Safe neighborhood. After weeks or travelling, we also loved the oatmeal and peanut butter and fresh fruit at breakfast. Most of all, amazing owners who immediately make you feel at home and help to foster a friendly community atmosphere. Worth every penny for the people you meet and friends you make as long as you’re willing to put yourself out there. We loved Marco Polo and can’t wait to come back!
