The lady (administration) was very nice. My room had a water bottle, tea & coffee. In the bathroom there were towels and shampoos. The beds were comfy, however the pillow was too large and round. Good for sitting up but for sleeping it puts ur neck at an uncomfortable angle (laying and looking down ur torso, can't lay your head back because of the size and cylindrical shape)

Shared area had everything I needed. Room had good wifi and plenty of electric sockets, near bed and near the desk. Neighbourhood is a suburb - was dead quiet in the night. Boss was friendly and helpful.
