All the personnel was wonderful, very helpful, responsive and understanding! Breakfast was wonderful with great variety, room was super with very comfortable bed. I wish all the hotels were this accommodating!

11/10. great staff, extremely nice people, I felt like at home here for some reason. If I ever need a place to stay in Nitra I am coming here again.
