Homestays in Saint-Louis

The have everything A/C, hot shower, kitchen, etc. about and hour walk to the Saint Louis Island or a short taxi ride. While I was there, the proprietor of the hotel Mr. Mounte was in town. He helped me a lot. Everyone there was nice.

I read good reviews so I chose to stay here. Hospitality was by far beyond my expectations.

The owner is a young woman who tried everything to make us as comfortable as possible, her family that lives next door is very nice too.. we stayed 2 nights and had thee together. I said I didn't tried mafe yet, so they prepared us a very good one (not too spicy like we asked) and at a good price. The rooms were very comfortable with air-conditioning, hot water, mosquito spray and nets at disposition, good shower, all clean.. one of our best stays in Senegal so far.. thank you Diarra 🥰

First and foremost, the room was very affordable and bed was very comfortable. Washroom, although I had to share, was very clean and with much hot water so that was also great. Staff was so helpful in organizing transportation to and fro. I and my friend did not speak good French, but the staff was trying to communicate with us as much as possible. Breakfast included baguettes and teas, coffee, juice; it was simple but very nice. I found the baguette to be the best in Senegal. Definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting St. Louis.

I had a very nice stay here. Clean and quiet room. The owners are welcoming. And the location is convenient. (The place where it’s marked on the map is not correct. It’s located three blocks south. On the corner of Rue BL-13 and Rue Ababacar Mbaye dit Abba)

It's a party place with a PUBLIC pool. very loud music and people everywhere during the day. Not what we were looking for, but if you're a young couple/group, it's a great vibe. Rooms are clean, ocean view is excellent, bed is comfortable, hot water and fridge both work.
