It really feels like home and is very relaxing and comfortable.

It was good every thing but the guy has little bad behavior, because he doesn't want help, otherwise am happy I'll be there soon at summer

The owner (one of the owners) is a lovely lady. She works constantly improving things. She's one on the reasons I decided to stay on another week.

The over all comfort of the space.

Cleanliness pleasantly surprised. Comfortable bed and very nice snow-white bedding set. The room is equipped with everything you need to. It looks like the renovation was done not long ago.

Parking was more than ample in the back of the house. I felt safe in the Cudell neighborhood and the location of the house near the freeway was great for a fast getaway to downtown Cleveland. Entry into the house and bedroom... no issues. I had plenty of space in the bedroom to store all of my belongings. The bed was very comfortable. The amenities in the kitchen (stove, microwave, sink, refrigerator) were great perks. The laundry area is a bonus. The living room and dining room had a nice touch to it. The outside porch and patio are great additions once it warms up. Everything worked in the bathroom area. Overall, an incredibly enjoyable stay and would definitely be up for a return visit.

They provide a keyless entry to both the building and the room. I arrived close to midnight and had no issues in entry, without waiting for someone to open the door. I wish all places had this feature. My favorite spot to stay in Cleveland.

I was thrilled to stay at this charming spot in Little Italy. Its convenient location is a major plus, being close to Case Western Reserve University, University Hospital, Rainbow Hospital, and just a short distance from Cleveland Clinic. Mathew, the host, is exceptionally responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Clean, sharp and to the point and an owner that is with it. Always a deal worth buying.

Good location for a short stay. Lots of ethnic restaurants in the area to experience. Shopping centers are a short drive if you want to bring something in to cook. Check in was easy and street parking was plenty. The bedroom was spacious and was able to spread out. Property overall was clean. Would recommend if you are traveling especially if you are heading to the airport.
