United StatesThe first thing was price for being in French Quarter, then location being less than a block from Bourbon, and it was secure and easy to check into. We also were able to find overnight parking within a block. The property also was charming and welcoming.

United StatesThe location was FANTASTIC! Right past the crazy wild side of Bourbon, but only by a block, so you can enjoy the madness (& drinks) if you want, but you can just as easily turn in the other direction and get the REAL NOLA experience. It was amazing how quiet it actually was in the apartment and the interior courtyard. They also let me bring my puppers at no charge! Oh, they also had dimmer lights, which are something I have at home but have almost never had the pleasure of using in a hotel or BNB accommodations. It was lovely!
