"Loan" is a great host: very communicative, helpful, and welcoming. I really enjoyed the view of the farm behind the house, the friendly dogs, and meals with Loan's extended family. Also, free use of a motorbike and a tour around the area were cherries on top. I'd stay again!

Great communication with the staff. They very quickly replied through the booking platform and Zalo before and during our stay. The beach house (villa) is located in a kind of gated community adjacent to the Wonderland Museum (theme park). Our villa (D22) was very clean and spacious: 2 levels, 3 bedrooms. When we checked in, Mrs Thuy was there to greet us and show us around. She was super nice and we communicated with translator apps on our phones. D22 is located just across the small road from the Mad Hatter cafe and pool, which is directly on the beach. You can walk on the beach. To the west is Wonderland and another resort Dhawa (breakfast buffet ok but pricey: 500k per person). To the east is the pier with a couple of restaurants. Otherwise you need to grab a taxi to get around. About 10 minutes to the east is Ho Tram, which is relatively small and ready for tourists. Good seafood and juice stands. For more variety and local flavor go about 25 minutes to the west to the bustling "fishing village" of Phước Hải.
