We had amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful, amazing view and decoration. All rooms between the mountain rock. The staff was great, kind and really high level of service, One of the best experiences in Vietnam- Tem and Hanna was wonderful. We’d definitely will come back.

I had a wonderful stay here in Ninh Binh. The family was incredibly kind and welcoming — honestly the nicest hosts I’ve met during my trip. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Great property and surroundings. Staff were very polite. We were able to take bikes at no cost and explore the area. I still rate the property a 10, but the negatives are for the adjacent property who have roosters which keep you awake all night and start cuckooing from 01:30am till 07:00am. We found it very hard to sleep due to this. The same property has some very loud people who play loud music and scream till midnight. This is not the fault of Scenic Mountain Ecolodge but something to consider. If possible avoid room number 9 to stay away from the loud people.

The location was fabulous. Very near the town but in a lovely quiet area. Nam and her husband and all the staff were just lovely. We stayed here for 4 nights and would have liked to have stayed for longer. Coffee Lan just past the homestay did great coffee and food. This homestay is is just fabulous!

The hosts were so incredibly accommodating, giving us snacks and water for our overnight bus. Near nice restaurant and easy to get Grab to go around. The WiFi some time a little bit slow. But it doesn't matter. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Day 1: “wow the pool is huge” Day 2: “I think I live here now” Honestly this place ruined other hotels for me lol Mountains around the pool looked unreal at sunset. Room exactly like photos, clean bathroom, soft bed, quiet sleep. Way cheaper than nearby resorts too.

This is one of the first places I have stayed at that felt like a home stay. Everyone working here is either family or like family, living on site. The included breakfast is basic but there are several options that were pretty good. I left my cell charger and cables behind and didn't discovery this until I was in Ninh Binh. I called Sunseekers after looking a bit they found it and offered to bring it to the HK bus station in Ninh Binh. A little high anxiety, they came with the charger about 5 minutes before my schedule bus depart ..cảm ơn
