Prime location. Only few minutes of walk from the train station. The room is clean with separate rooms for toilets and bathroom, and they are completely private! What impresses me the most is the host. Katrien is extremely helpful and warm heated. It was a pleasure talking to her. While the breakfast was not included, the restaurant she recommended (Carpe Diem) offered one of the best breakfast I ever had (I ordered deluxe breakfast which really exceeds my expecatiion). I had such a good time in Bruges and will not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. There is no surprise why this place gets such a high rating. Thank you Katrien!

Superfriendly and accommodating! Well equipped and very clean room. Superb breakfast. Beautiful vieuws and surroundings. Hope we are in the neighbourhood again soon, so we can revisit.

It's a beautiful old house with a rich history. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great! The lady who runs the hotel was delightful. The museum was very interesting, showing a more human side of the soldiers without losing the sobriety of the historical context.

The place is very spacious, clean and close to most attractions. Our beds were really comfortable as well. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, they provided us with a list of things to see and places to eat at. Communication with the hosts was great. We will most likely come back the next time we're in Bruges.
