The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was amazing and they even decorated for our daughter’s birthday and made it very special for her and us. I highly recommend staying here! They have toys and things for kids to do while staying.

The reception was accommodating and allowed us to arrive after regular hours. She assisted us in finding a place for dinner, even though it was after 8 PM. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast made with homemade and homegrown ingredients.

Loved the decor in this cozy historical guest house! Check in was very easy and the man was very gracious and friendly. Rooms appear to have recently been updated and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed an excellent supper and breakfast and the service was also outstanding.

Nice hotel with five minutes drive to Legolend and the city center. Nice people working there, especially Manuela who provided continuous and timely support prior and during my stay in this hotel. Hotel has delicious coffee and nice variety of food for breakfast. Children have a small playground in the hotel and each morning, they are provided with pencils and coloring pictures.

The Stadtvilla is a great price-value for a stay in Heidenheim. I came for a race, staying one night, and everything was smooth from the first information and communication, through self-check-in, the stay and finally the check-out. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, the room as well as the shared facilities such as toilet, kitchen and shower spotless clean and other guests friendly and respectful. The room was quiet, the beds and beddings comfortable and the interior simple but had all necessities (maybe a mirror would be great!). I could imagine that it would seem a little odd at first to basically come to a simple and shared flat but it is very nice and pleasant and the location is convenient with only a 15 minutes walk to the old town and the grocery store literally next door. It is also save and I did not find it noisy at all. I will definitely come back for next years race and stay here :)
