It is situated near the city center and not far from Valka, either, so you can take rather nice walks around both cities. The rooms are is rather spacious and outstandingly cozy. As a rare feature, there are enough cloth hangers (in most places, including hotels, there is a severe shortage). Bonus no. 1: amongs other literature, I even found a novel by Terry Pratchett in Polish. Bonus no. 2: in the garden there are very pretty hen who act funny and like cheese. Great entertainment without even leaving the premises.

Breathtakingly beautiful location. Very kind owners. We chose not to have breakfast but our host kindly offered coffee and tea anyway. The extra care taker was a huge lovable dog named Tommi that our kids loved playing with. The sauna and pond were also a highlight for the kids.
