A darling little “hotel” with a central kitchen area for several rooms. Easy walking distance to all the major sites and plenty of restaurants to suit your fancy. The hosts were able to register our car for $5/day parking fairly close to the hotel - no worries about driving into the ZTL.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Mimmo is a great host and very helpful. It was fun to visit the medieval Castello di Gradara with its many quaint shops and restaurants. Just a short drive north is the beautiful Riccione beach.

A new, extremely well-kept property, super-clean, with spacious and well-furnished rooms, strong Wi-Fi free signal, free private parking, windows efficiently banning all outside noise, Espresso coffee freely available with a fully loaded espresso capsule machine... All was nice and refreshing!
