The guesthouse was clean, the facilities(shower kitchen and toilet) were not only clean but everything was big(which helps when you’re over 1.90cm in Japan) The location is incredible, tsuwano is incredible beautiful, and you can use the facilities bicycle to ride around town They also offer fun events, I took up making Genjimaki, a local cake with a rich history with Abe San, who own a local genjimaki stoe, this ended up not only being a night of great cultural exchanges, but genuinely made friends Naoki San, the manager is also an amazing guide and showed me around town

Wow - where do we begin? Kio was a phenomenal host! When we booked this stay, we didn't realize that it was more like an air-bnb. The home is shared with Kio and her mom, but we had our HUGE private living quarters and bathroom all to ourselves. We had complete privacy unless they were serving food or we had questions. We were so well taken care of that it was the most personable experience we had while traveling around Japan. We really felt at home. The personal touches and amenities were the best as well as the treats and tea upon arrival. Don't hesitate to book a breakfast in the morning... so delicious! Plus, the town is so sleepy that there was nothing to eat in walking distance. The wood fireplace was my favorite detail and being just steps from the beach was such a treat. Make sure to explore Omoricho during your stay here and stay for at least 2 nights!! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! We hope to be back some day soon!!

The house owner is so kind, polite, and friendly. The location is very nice. We can see the sunset and the Japan Sea from the room's balcony. The place is also very new and clean. It is very recommended for someone who loves peaceful views and sea scenery.
