I think we were the first guests to stay at this place and the hosts were very accommodating with any requirements we had and promptly resolved any issues. Riad and its facilities are very authentic. Wonderful gem in the heart of Rabat! We loved the villa and the hospitality we received from Fouzia, who prepares succulent breakfast. Sara the host is very responsive and attends to every query within minutes. The room we have was beautifully crafted and the bed so comfortable. The interior of the villa with its multiple living rooms looked like a Art gallery. We had the whole villa for us and it was a wonderful feeling.

The location is 2-3 min walk from the road and there are lots of shops and eating options. The walk from Gare Rabat Ville (main station) is about 15 mins. The host Abdul Ali lives with his family and is available for support when needed. He's very friendly, but his English is limited, so ensure you use Google Translate. The kitchen is available for use with pots & pans, refrigerator. But food options are plenty and cheap. The room is safe and has many shelves and cupboards. There is standing fan.

The property was very clean and conveniently located close to everything shopping food, and clothing stores. I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend it.
