We stayed at Lucice Plaza in Petrovac for 3 days and had an amazing experience 😊 The hotel is located in a peaceful green area, about 5 minutes from Lučice Beach. It feels a bit isolated in the best possible way — surrounded by trees, fresh air, and birds singing, so you almost feel like you are staying in a small forest by the sea. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything needed, including kitchen utensils and shower amenities. The mattresses were comfortable, and we especially loved the green balcony where we had breakfast every morning. The rooftop area is also wonderful — perfect for watching sunsets and relaxing on the sun loungers. But the most precious part of our stay was the warm and welcoming staff. Elena and Sanela were incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely passionate about their work. They gave us useful information, made us feel at home, and created such a sincere and friendly atmosphere. Special thanks also to the lovely cleaning lady for keeping everything spotless. Breakfast is provided in a nearby café close to Lučice Beach, and the main Petrovac beach is also only around 10 minutes away. There is a lot of sport stuff to do in the area. Workout, basketball, tennis courts and kids playground are just in 100 meters. Several hiiking trails are also available mostly from the doorstep. Staying in Petrovac was one of the best decisions of our trip. The town has spectacular sea views, a peaceful atmosphere, and even a small remote church that you can visit by boat. We would definitely love to come back 🌿🌊

The host is really kind , show us where can we park the car , show us the top beaches around , clean our room when we were at beach. There is 2 monutes walk to Budva Riviera , 15 min walk to Mogren beach (super place but popular ) there is minutes by car Sveti Stefan beach that is also a super clean and calm water . There are lots of caffes , supermarket, bars and restaurants around the apartment .I recommend D&B villa , i will come back for sure .

This place is overall very comfortable and in very good location in Budva , basically close to everything . So far good view of the sea , if no high rise will be built to block it . Clean , south view , everything works in kitchen which we make our caffe and breakfast .
