Everything! First of all, the hotel is a direct positive reflection of Mrs. Kokona and her family, especially lovely miss Kokona, the grand-daughter. İt's very clean, new, beautifully decorated, comfortable, in the center town but on a very peaceful street. Their breakfast is exceptional. We've spent 4 nights there and already we miss them! We'll definitely come back next year. Thank you dear Kokonas!

My whole journey was stunning. Erini and Kyriakos made my vacation beyond expectations. They are so genuine. As a solo traveler their hospitality made me feel like home from beginning to end 🌸 i am so appreciated that i found their place to stay and i met these special people. If you would like to get to know local culture, foods and places, they have everything all you will need. Room was also so clean and well-designed. I totally recommend their place. Location is very good ….restaurant opposite on the water front is one of the best we tried.Room is fine , pretty basic but suitable for the stay.

It was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend to others looking for a place in Selimiye. Great property right by the beach, it’s a boutique hotel with a few rooms so you get great facilities to yourself. I loved being able to get from my room to the beach in 2 mins. Great view from the balcony also a plus. Food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent. Good variety of breakfast dishes and very fresh seafood. I will come again

I really liked staying here. The room is small and cozy. Perfect place to stay for a few nights. Next to the port. Really nice and relaxing. I highly recommend.
