Really clean and new property. The owner was very nice and helpful with my family. A bit far away from the main town so better to have your own transport, but very nice and quiet area. Great to bring your family.

Having stayed here I can say that this is an awesome place, indeed. Extremely friendly and kind staff. You will be treated like a family. The rooms are quiet, you have hot water for showers and a small fridge in the room. The location is excellent as well. A block away from the beach. Also, shops and places to eat everywhere. All within walking distance. For a little fee you can also have, if you choose, a very delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this place for anyone thinking to stay long or short term in central Nha Trang, Vietnam.
