Rooms are comfortable and quiet enough to have a good sleep. Like the staff

I loved the location. I loved the common areas, it’s really nice to have so many spaces besides my room to relax in. The kitchen was really big which was nice at night when everyone’s cooking. The security to get into the building was also good

In the heart of cairns, a place full of young and beautiful people. Kitchen clean and everyone was respectfull. The imstructions are clear. I Had a lot of fun!

Staff was so helpful, location was in heart of everything, grocery store next door, staff works so hard to keep it clean with all the Drifters !

When you stay with the hostel, they give deals at their bar and lounge for drinks and food, specifically for staying guests. The location was perfect because it was walking distance to anything I was looking to do. As for the room it was very clean, but at night the AC would turn off after a few hours and I would wake up from the heat and then get up to turn it back on.

The staff were so lovely, helpful and kind... really wonderful people. My room was clean and comfortable and had all I needed. The location was superb for everything. Ate at the attached Indonesian restaurant each evening, really lovely people and food. Loved my stay and visit.

Mumma’s is great! Friendly staff, clean beds and bathroom, and a super inviting atmosphere! The location can’t be beat and is within walking distance to anything you’d need. Thomas the manager is great and even put out a great Christmas breakfast for everyone on Christmas morning! 10/10 will be staying again soon.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel! The staff were super accommodating and friendly throughout my entire stay and the amenities were really nice as well. My favorite part was probably the pool and the beer garden area, a great way to meet other backpackers! Would stay again

The facility itself was super clean — huge plus for me, and it was clear the staff cleaned regularly. Vibes were pretty chill, good mix of social and solo. Overall had a nice night there.

Location, location, location!

Definitely the events like movie night, BBQ and volleyball. The workers there are really nice and friendly. There are many places for you to relax and chill like game room, relaxing room, kitchen seats, and the stairs outside.

Dreamhouse Hostel is a great and quiet little hoste in the heart of Cairns City. Tim the manager is a nice guy, great to deal with and makes the place feel secure, he had also upgraded my initial booking out of kindness which was awesome after being on the travel for some time and needing and wanting chill and comfort. 10/10 service, cleanliness, clean kitchen and utensils, etc. cute and cosy gardens. One of the best hostels I've stayed in around the world. Will definitely stay here again!
