One of my favourites on the Camino! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. The common area was great with lots of little areas and there is a pool! They offered a pilgrim dinner with lots of choices. It was delicious.

This place is awesome and an adventure for the Camino Traveler. A survivor of Medieval times. The hose was great and would help with anything. Located in the center of the historic center of town, 1/2 block from the Cathedral Museum, which I visited. The palace just down the street from the Cathedral, which I also visited. Full kitchen for bring your own food. Glad I stayed a night.

The owner Juan made sure everyone was cared for. He cooked a fabulous vegetarian paella with vegetables from his garden. He also had 3 hosts that were all superb! Great albergue

The room was a surprise on the camino. It was recently and well updated. The bed was comfortable and all of the linens very nice. This was nicer than my pretty good hotel room in Leon. The dinner was very good.

Friendly, helpful, super clean, everything worked well. All requests were accommodated. After a snowy wet day on the Camino (crazy to be doing it in winter aside) the host and staff were so kind. Three course dinner, breakfast, ability to do laundry and dry things that had gotten wet in my pack. Happily paid the bill for all the services rendered and left a large gratuity for the staff to acknowledge they went above and beyond. This place will be gorgeous in spring when the flowers and leave are popping … but even now in winter was immediately kept clean from pilgrim muddy boots, poles, rain capes etc.

This albergue is hard to miss as it is along the road. Great multi-lingual host with a positive attitude (Aaron). The dorm is clean and tidy, hiking shoes are not allowed inside. There are also free hot drinks, biscuits and muffins (donativo of course).

I assume that this albergue is more private than the 2 other albergues in this pueblo and I need a bit of privacy for my stay after doing a long walk. Everything was perfect and quiet. Wifi signal is excellent. The dinner was regional produce.

A most relaxing stay while walking the Camino. With tranquil music and surroundings. I loved looking at the painting's done by other pilgrims. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this quirky place to other pilgrims. Breakfast is an extra few Euro and well worth it. Coffee was great. .
