Was happy to book a ‘female only bunk room’ while walking the Camino. Was a great choice for the alberque experience for this first time 54 year old. They provided a fitted sheet and blanket. They offered towels for rent and had laundry available. Everything I needed with a view of the church and roommates that were awesome!! Would stay again for sure.

Right on the Camino. Has a bakery downstairs that opens at 6 am so option to have breakfast before you head out. Each bed has privacy roller shades, a personal light and a socket; this is the most privacy you will get at any hostel. Bathrooms were super clean.

The most funny moment on Camino. Magnificent Italian owner and Brazilian music vibes. €17 optional dinner was Tomato Pasta, Rentis soup and pudding. The pellet stove heated up the dormitory room perfectly in February. He even tried to dry out dirty shoes without asking kindly:)

Very comfortable albuergue with private rooms. Inviting, comfy, and clean. The hospitalerio was helpful and calm...especially after a 20 mile day in the pouring rain. Restaurant next door is OK...nothing to write home about. Albuergue offers a good cost effective breakfast, beer, wine and soda

Staff were welcoming of their guests. Their albergue is very neat and clean. They provided all the needs of pilgrims walking the Camino de Santiago.

Albergue O Candil has accommodations in Melide. The property is around 31 miles from Point view, 28 miles from Monte do Gozo and 29 miles from Special Olympics Galicia.

Excellent place, probably the best accommodation we stayed along the Camino. Wonderful host, great bike-friendly facilities, luxurious double room with private bathroom, everything spotless. We loved it!

Albergue San Anton features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Melide. This 2-star hostel offers a shared kitchen and a tour desk. Guests can have a drink at the snack bar.

Very clean. Nice grounds. Friendly and helpful staff. Curtains on bunk beds and only 6 beds total in our room. Highly recommend.
