We stayed in a private room with a shared bathroom. The sheets, shared bathroom, toilet, and room were very clean. There were enough toilets and bathrooms on the floor, and we didn't meet anyone in the restroom or bathroom during our stay. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent. We were pleased and extended our stay by one night. The dormitories on the lower floors are occupied by respectful young people of African descent. If you are a fascist or racist, don't stay at this hostel.

The staff were friendly and kindly helped me change rooms due to a problem with my AC unit. The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances. The hostel is well-located: only a 10min walk to the city centre, 2min to bus stops, and 5min to corner shops and laundromats. The area feels fairly safe. I highly recommend the free walking tour, our guide Diego was great.

It is a backpackers very close to the historic city centre and a block away from the river. It is well run by friendly staff, and to all appearances it is a relaxed and efficient institution, especially if you are on a tight budget. Got my very clean sheets and a towel for free.
