We had a great time there, the staff was super helpful and hospitable and the onsen and room were clean and comfortable. we especially enjoyed the downstairs lounge room where we had a good time playing in the original nintendo famicom that they have there. We recommend this place for anyone visiting matsumoto on a budget, you get more than what you pay for!
