The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Dorms are nice! Rooftop area and near everything you need in Semporna! Soon enough they will be a full fledged dive school as well but for now they are able to organize your certifications with real good schools nearby! Yet they still offer diving with a great dive master if you already have the OWC.

Excellent value for the price. Clean, comfortable, and well-managed. Place is strategic nearby shops is available. Walking distance to the jetty for island trip. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious and the location was ideal

This property was everything you needed, a bed, a shower, breakfast in the morning, supermarkets close by and laundry self-service right around the corner. It’s nothing fancy but value for money is just good! The staff is just so friendly - we loved coming home and seeing them.
