Hostels in Phra Ae beach

The rooms still held some privacy despite being in a dorm. The area is ideal, stunning beach close by and some lovely cafes / restaurants within walking distance. The best part of my stay was the staff. The owner couldn’t have been nicer and even sorted me out with some last minute transport to Phuket. She is amazing.

Basic place, a bit old but convenient and clean.

Everything was new and neat. The room was super clean , beds were new and comfortable and the staff were very freindly and kind. Location is very good . Long Beach is few minutes away, every day I swim and watched the amazing sunsets Koh Lanta has to offer. I have prolonged my stay at the hostel two times. It was so nice to live there. Strongly recommend this place ✌️

The location is fantastic, rooms are clean and comfy. I would highly recommend staying in the room with the A/C if it’s available. The rooms are quite cozy and clean & the family that runs the place is super friendly.

Coolest hostel I've stayed at in Thailand. Very social vibe with the terraces with hammock and pillows. Super friendly and helpful staff. Loved the single beds (could be improved with some privacy curtains also shielding from the light).

Close proximity to Phra Ae beach and all the shops, services and restaurants in the area. Nice and clean rooms.

It was a great experience at Blanco. Thought it might have been too much party etc, but the vibes are good, and you can choose to chill out. Shout out to the staff, Shannon and Buzz were unreal. They were great, really helped me a lot. Def made me feel comfortable.

This property is beautiful, quiet, and exceptionally clean. The location is great, close to restaurants and the beach. The owner is so kind and welcoming! The room was perfect, especially the bedding and mattress. So comfortable! Also had a little kitchenette with coffee and tea provided.

The apartment was really clean (spotless) and new. - Had enough space and all necessary things. - The bed is comfortable. - The bathroom is spacious and the water pressure is really good. - The Internet is amazingly good, more than 600Mbs. - It's close to Beautiful beach, which we found indeed beautiful. - - - Also a lot of restaurants around and 7 eleven on 3 minutes. The accommodation is hosted by a family and they were helpful and responsive. Also they are offering a taxi service with reasonable prices with a nice pickup car. All and all, we are happy with the accommodation and we will return whenever we are in Koh Lanta. Thanks!

Amazing staff and cozy atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and attentive, and the location is excellent. An overall great experience for a bargain price.

The room is very very clean. The staff is helpful and you will feel welcome. They changed the towels and sheets without having to ask. The price cannot be beat for a place this clean. Bed was good. AC worked really well and the room have enough space. There is a very good restaurant next door and walking a bit more there is the "Malina's Kitchen". Which is incredible. 100% recommend. Also, when walking to the beach, there are one smoothie shop at one corner, but the second one is superb, closer to the beach on the path.

The breakfast was amazing. It is like a buffet. And the cleaning staff is very nice and does a good job.

I had a really good stay here. The staff were helpful and friendly. A big plus is that you can get tasty food right in the hostel at reasonable prices, also it's possible to rent a scooter here. The beds are well set up: curtains for privacy, a power outlet, reading light, and a large shelf that actually fits your things. There’s also a small locker for valuables. Another thing I appreciated is that the shower and toilet are separate, so it’s much more comfortable during busy hours. Overall, a solid, well-organized hostel with great staff and convenient facilities. I’d stay again.

The hostel was 5 minutes walk from the Long beach, which I loved as it was my daily morning and evening ritual to go their for swim and walks. Washrooms were clean. Had shampoo and body wash. A small area to dry clothes. Really beautiful common area with hammocks and chairs. Common area was a little noisy due to the road, but rooms had near zero noise from the road. Kitchen area had frigdge, coffee/tea, Microwave, Cooking stove, utensils, etc. Morning breakfast was served - toast and eggs. I used their help to book dropoffs, tours and bike rental (which was in good condition). Had good conversations with a few fellow hostel mates. Some of them were there for a long duration (1-2 months)

Loved the hammocks on the balcony. Great location to walk through to Long Beach.
