A warm house is filled with very friendly and kind staff, they care each of us as a person. For me, I didn't have a plan, gladly the staff spent time and gave me great recommendations. If I come back to visit Hualien, there's no doubt that I will come back to this house.

I like this place. The location is around 2 km from the railway station. The manager is a very nice person and very helpful. For the short stay I recommend this place. It would be better if the upper beds also have some curtains for privacy. For going to Tatoko National Park, go to the railway station and take the bus.

The place is perfect next to downtown, and the owner is so kindly. And the hotel is bicycle friendly.

Overall a decent option. The rooms are private but there is a gap so they aren’t fully enclosed and this sound travels easily. There is ac in each room which is very needed. The rooms are small but comfortable. There is also a common area. Location is very close to the train station and has many restaurants nearby.

The rooms, shared spaces, and bathrooms are all very clean and comfortable. The owner is also very welcoming and friendly. The location is convenient — it’s close to Hualien Station, and there are many restaurants nearby. I would love to stay here again if I visit Hualien in the future.

William is a great host, as he was helpful and available all the time to give information about activities in Hualien. The hostel is clean, charming and cozy. I highly recommend this place.
