Although the double room we booked did not have an unsuited bathroom, the shared one was so clean. Thanks to the excellent management of the hostel. Regarding the location, it's on the best spot you can request; literally in the entrance of the local bazaar.

Good basic budget hostel on edge of Bazaar. I paid for a 3 bed room with shared loo which was ok. There is a kitchen you can use. Squatty toilets!

Clean and convenient hostel (10min walk from train station)
Although it is very clean, the room does smell a bit dusty.
The shower room the host showed me was super hot like a sauna, better use the shower next to the kitchen.

The room was pretty nice and clean. Same for the bathroom. The administrator and the security guys were nice, flexible and helpful. I could leave my bag for a few hours at the hostel after the check-out.
There is a boiler and tea, microwave and table set in the kitchen.
Also there is a city tax, it was 1,25$ for a night added to the booking price.
