The owner was super nice and friendly. She had refurbished the entire area herself which was crazy. Had a great time with my mom and dog. Was very surprised that it was pet friendly and really appreciated it. The surrounding saunas, cabins and lakeside were wonderful. Hope to visit again next summer!

Im not gonna lie. I’m a solo traveler, I ’ve stayed at many hostels before and never had such a good experience like I did here. The host was extremely kind and very friendly, I was a bit sick and she even offered advices and a cup of tea. Location was fantastic! Around 10 mins walk from the Helsinki Central Station and is literally in the city center. Lots of shops and restos nearby. Although I did not meet them personally, the staff were very helpful and always ready to respond to my messages whenever I needed something. They let me keep my luggage in their storage room even after I have checked out. They were very understanding and let me change my dates as I mistakenly mixed up the dates of my stay. Room was clean and spacious. There was a kitchenette with free tea and coffee, and a living area to mingle with other guests. Communication for online check-in was clear.
