The location was perfect, right in the city and a short walk to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and other shops. The amenities at YHA was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful with travel recommendations.

Lots of cool people here, bathrooms and kitchen cleaned daily, and good value! I loved having the ACs in the room for the Darwin heat! Good location, nearby many businesses.

Alice Lodge is a self-check-in property — there is no reception desk staffed on site.

Alice Lodge is a charming and well-situated place that makes a great base for exploring the area. The location is spot on—quiet enough for a good night’s rest but still conveniently close to the city center. Everything is kept tidy and well-maintained, which really adds to the comfortable atmosphere. Good location for a hostel, staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaners everyday to swap the bedsheet/ clean the room, pretty decent size, and good value of money - I paid about 700 for a double bed room with my partner, for about 8 days.
