Staff was so kind and patient. The facility was clean. Location was in middle of everything! Lots of locals eateries, including a China town and mall which had diverse ethic cuisine. Accessible to the bus system.

There was so much to love. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, and the linen was fresh and high quality. I had a very nice stay at the hostel. The price is very cheap and the place is small and cozy with a very friendly and helpful owner :) Some books to read and a TV area, which was very nice. There were many small but convenient things you'd usually not get in a hostel, for example there was a hairdryer to use for everyone in the shower room. I enjoyed my stay and had a good time.
