NetherlandsExcellent choice for travelers who wish to be close to Zaventem airport, especially for single guests as for them the rooms are large & comfy and totally self-sustained with a comfy single bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with all one needs. There is an Albert Heijn just down the block so in a pinch one could whip up something simple to eat in the kitchenette.
Owners/operators of Ooostel Zaventem are extremely helpful and accommodating, and also fast with communication whenever needed. Place is unattended with self check-in but every morning there is cleaning staff on premise who are happy to give you an extra towel or whatever is needed. A nearby train station (5 minutes on foot) connects you to Central Brussels in just 20 minutes for 3 euros. My go-to place when in Brussels 3-4 times per year!
