Place was clean with great amenities. It's about a 20 minute walk to the station (probably less with no snow) and near downtown. The owners were so helpful, offered to call the train station and ask about times for me (make sure you ask the train station or a local about times directly if you don't speak Bulgarian, English resources are not accurate for the trains often) and everything.
