Mohammed, the receptionist at the hotel was helping us right through when we took taxi from airport and then on our way back he helped us so much till we got into the taxi, he sent his nephew to help us walk to the taxi while his other friend Mahmood took all our luggage. The entrance to Aqsa though Chains gate (Bab Al Silsilah) is right adjacent to his hotel.
