EVERYTHING! The staff were very responsive, responsible and helpful. Even though we changed our pick up time, Thea made sure their Van came straightaway to pick us up from Welcome Center. And likewise when we left. The Food is super delicious and very reasonable. Our favourite restaurant in all Niseko. The Mabo bowl, Curry Ramen and Ginger Pork was a big hit with my family. And the Restaurant space of looking out into the snow. Beautiful!

This is an amazing place to stay and ski from. The other guests were awesome and we pulled together to share this gorgeous space. Highly recommended! Kitchen is lovely and the dining/living room is spacious and comfortable. Very responsive host, attended to everything very quickly. I asked for clean linen after a week and it arrived same day.

It was clean and cozy. The staff was really nice and helpful. There’s a fridge, microwave to bring your own food. The common space was nice, a good place to hang out after a big day riding. The shuttles to the mountain work out really well and very handy. There’s all the convini walking distance. Was very lucky to have a great crew solo travelers as well and end up riding and having lots of fun

Great vibes, convenient location, clean and tidy. The staff were friendly. DJ night was memorable and the powder at Rusutsu across the street brought me tears of joy!

Ryo was an incredibly kind and welcoming host. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I had a wonderful stay and definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Ryo, I've already returned to my workplace in Korea, but I already find myself missing Kutchan. I hope to see you again next winter.

Absolutely wonderful hosts, extremely welcoming and friendly! We had a problem with our car battery and Anan helped us jump-start the car at 6:30 AM. Can't recommend this place enough, lovely people!! Will definitely come back here when I visit again.
