Ben was such an amazing host. We accommodate are late arrival and early times of departure. He helped us find our way around town and recommended restaurants. The actual room was very comfortable and the facilities fab. There was a lovely community vibe to the place and we loved are short but very lovely time at Hostel Humanity. Would absolutely recommend.

That was a great value overall for that location. Even though it was not perfect in terms of condition, the design and thought behind it is great. The staff was really friendly and flexible, they have helped us a lot when we needed to extend our stay or add additional people to our booking. We also liked the crocodile that we were lucky to witness when it swam by hoping to get some snack. The place has a nice bar and they throw parties almost every night.

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in! The rooms and common areas are really nice and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, really big and pretty clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Location is pretty good. They offer a lot activities to meet people and have a good time!

Barbara has my heart, she was so kind. She does incredible in-water-massages, you have to try it, never felt so calm after a massage. She also took us to Punta Mosquito for sunset and did a Mate class, loved it. As well as all of the other staff/volunteers, Karol, Noë, Pedro, Fede, Flo, I felt so safe and welcomed during the entire stay, even extended for one night. The rooms were clean and breakfast in the morning was amazing. The location of the hostel is unbeatable, 1 min walk to the beach. I will definitely come back one day!

Great place to stay in Puerto Morelos, in a safe neighborhood, close to everything (supermarkets, tiendas, many good restaurants and street food, plaza, bar, botanical garden, collectivos...) From there you can walk to the beach or take a ride on the collectivo for 10 pesos. The hostel is clean, has very well equipped kitchen, a nice commun area to hang out, and a pool. I highly recommend, and would stay there again anytime!!

I feel super comfortable, too pleasant weather. The hostel promotes several socialization activities and happy hour is great for meeting people if you are alone. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is very complete and delicious. Excellent location, you can do everything by walking. By far the best hostel I've ever stayed in! I recommend

Great dorms, first time solo travelling in a hostel. Felt very comfortable and safe. Felt private in the beds, nice and comfortable. Toilets and bathroom were clean. Whole building well maintained. Beautiful common rooms. Good breakfast deal, cheaper than most places. Events were plentiful and organised well to socialise and explore Tulum.

Very nice hostel with a beautiful indoor area and pool. The dorms are spacious and the curtains in front of the beds are really comfortable. The location is also great because you can get to the center relatively quickly and walk to most things except the beach. There is a program every day, which means that as a solo traveler it's easy to meet new people :)

If you love cats and dogs this is the best hostel. It's a cool concept and surprisingly comfy. The tubo was great, perfect amount of privacy at an affordable price. The location is super convenient for everything, the beach is a 10min bike ride away, and the ruins are a 10min bike ride away.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. It was tidy. The hot shower saved my day. A towel and a blanket were provided as well. I highly recommend this place to people looking for a cheap place to stay. It was also 9 minutes away from the ADO Bus terminal. Just used the bridge to cross the street and walked straight until I reached the main road and saw the hostel.
