The host of the place, Guus, was beyond friendly and always attentive. The accomodation was perfect for the location, right in front of the train station and the facilities, considering the quality price ratio, were great. We also had lunch there on the next day and the food was excellent. Whenever returning to Awakenings festival I'll stay there the night before for sure. Thanks Guus, keep up with the good vibe! I used the place as a hub for exploring Eindhoven and other nearby towns. Not only did the accommodation meet my expectations, but Frank made sure to provide some quality chat since I was the only guest at the time. Just be realistic with what you expect and keep in mind most places charge 30€/night in Eastern Europe, so getting a warm place to sleep in the Netherlands for 15€ comes without certain commodities.
