Tungestolen is amazing! Jorn is a gracious host with mad cooking skills! Our family was thrilled with our stay here. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We paid extra for dinner both nights and it was well worth it. The views everywhere are incredible, the facilities very clean. When we weren't hiking, we relaxed in the main building with endless coffee, tea, and serenity.

Mini-fridge and tea kettle in shared area were a pleasant surprise. Room was much larger than the description; I estimate it at approximately 200 square feet. Uphill from the road, with minimal traffic noise. Nice views of the surrounding countryside. Shared kitchen was spacious and useful. Easy walking access to downtown. Plenty of storage shelves and wardrobes.

The view from the window overlooking the fjord was amazing.

This hostel is just over half a mile from Flåm Station and the Aurlandfjord shore. It features a guest kitchen, TV lounge and large garden with BBQ facilities. Wi-Fi and parking are free.

This hostel is very clean and cozy. The room was warm with a comfortable bed, and the kitchen was fully equipped. I, like other people who’ve mentioned this already in their reviews, didn’t meet the staff, but they were very nice over our online communications and helpful too. I would definitely stay here again. I was also lucky enough to get a free upgrade to the location in the town, which was awesome because I was closer to everything and didn’t have to walk those extra 20 minutes with all my stuff :)
